Cyzer Soze (Apple Pear Mead)
$19.99
When European colonists arrived in America, they brought their traditional knowledge of brewing honey wine, but quickly faced a major shortage of honey because honeybees were not native to the continent. To adapt, early settlers substituted ingredients by fermenting limited supplies of honey with maple syrup, and locally available wild apples to create what was already known throughout history as a Cyser.
