1 Teaspoon of white or spiced rum

5 oz Light traditional mead

Instant coffee (I use Folgers as it has more of a chocalate flavor to me)

Add all three into a shaker cup of your choice and shake well with three ice cubes

pour into a 6 oz Martini glass (should have a good amount of foam on top)

sprinkle chocolate flakes on top and add two skewered maraschino cherries with the stims removed
